Lucas Glover will be keen to do better on the par 5's at the inaugural
Black Desert Championship after admitting he battled to read the greens lat weekend.
The American carded a 68 in round three at the Sanderson Farms Championship to put himself in contention for a first PGA Tour title of 2024 going into the final round.
But even though Glover shot a 66 which included an eagle on the 15th as well as three birdies, he once again struggled on each of the four par 5's to finish one shot behind winner Kevin Yu in T3.
The Greenville native claimed his first top-10 finish of the year, with his previous best performance (11th) coming at the Valspar Championship in March.

Glover co-led the field in Jackson for accuracy off the tee, but it was his play on the greens that let him down - something he hopes to work on when the FedEx Cup Fall series heads to Utah.
"I drove it nice today, probably better than I did the first two days. I struggled reading the greens today and I didn't birdie a par 5 so going home tonight I'm feeling like I left a few out there," he said after round three.
"But 16-under-par round here, [I'm] pretty pleased, just I've got to play the par 5's better and I know that and just hit the ball nice - didn't read the putts very well."
