Villarreal will be aiming to kick on after ending their winless run in the
2020-21 LaLiga season when they host Cadiz at the Estadio de la Cerámica on Sunday.

El Submarino Amarillo beat Eibar 3-1 last weekend to end an eight-game winless run and subsequently reignite their hopes of Champions League football.
“It is a victory that suits us very well. It helps us to endorse the path we have been on and the work we have been doing," said Villarreal manager Unai Emery.
"We dragged many games without winning in LaLiga. We criticize ourselves, but it is also true that we have been doing things well, but we were penalized for certain details and the casualties we have had.
"We have to keep improving as a team to achieve the goals. This victory gives us oxygen, but we must continue in this line ”.
Cadiz have opened a six-point gap between themselves and the relegation zone, following a 1-0 win over Eibar with a 1-1 draw away to Deportivo Alaves in their most recent outing.

The two teams played out to a 0-0 draw in the reverse fixture earlier this season.
Los Piratas have yet to beat Villarreal in a competitive outing.
