Manchester City v Borussia Dortmund

Erling Haaland could come back to haunt his former employers when Manchester City host Borussia Dortmund in the
UEFA Champions League on Wednesday, September 14.
Haaland comes up against Dortmund just two months after his €60 million switch to the Premier League champions following a successful two-year spell at Signal Iduna Park.
The 22-year-old striker scored 86 goals from just 89 appearances across all competitions for the Bundesliga outfit and he's carried that form over to England, having already found the back of the net 12 times in his first eight games for City.

He bagged a brace in the 4-0 victory over Sevilla in Spain on matchday 1, leading to high praise from Kevin de Bruyne, who was named man of the match at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
"I try to do my job and make the right movements and create the most chances I can," De Bruyne said. "I know one way or another Erling will be there. At the moment he's scoring the goals. For him it's a perfect start.
"I think the way he has adapted to us is really good but obviously, outside of the goalscoring there's another part of the game and that is more tough to adapt to.
'It makes it exciting if he can adapt to see the outcome. If you score that much you can get away with things. If he keeps on scoring then we know it's a positive for us."
BVB also made the perfect start in Europe after they comfortably beat FC Copenhagen 3-0 at Signal Iduna Park last week, while keeping a clean sheet in the process.
However, their league form has been inconsistent and they head to Manchester on the back of a 3-0 defeat to RB Leipzig on Saturday - their second loss in six matches.

Dortmund head coach Edin Terzic acknowledged his players struggled with the Red Bulls' pressing game and they can expect more of the same against the Citizens, who are one of the best in the business at pressurising the opposition.
"We had big problems with their pressing. We couldn't break through it, we became more uncertain with every pass, and deserved to be behind at the break," Terzic said.
"It was not a good performance against a strong opponent. We did not manage to withstand the pressure and play through it sometimes."
