Reading will face Sheffield United in the
FA Cup fifth round at the Madejski Stadium on March 3.
The Royals booked their place in this stage after defeating fellow English Championship side Cardiff City 4-1 on penalties following a 3-3 draw away.
The victory against a resilient Cardiff side came after they had eliminated English League One outfit Blackpool FC away.
They are undefeated in their last three home matches in the FA Cup having registered two draws and one victory.
Mark Bowen, the Reading manager, has made it known that he will field his best players against Sheffield.

“We’ve got a huge game for the club now against Sheffield United in the FA Cup on Tuesday night. And it’s a big test for us," Bowen said.
"I’m going to play the strongest team I can. We’re playing a Premier League team here at home and I’m sure they will play the strongest team they can too."
Meanwhile, Sheffield progressed to this round after defeating English Championship side Millwall FC 2-0 away.
The Blades had eliminated English National League side AFC Fylde at home in their previous FA Cup game.
Sheffield have won two of their last three away matches in the competition, while the other game ended in a defeat.
The last time Reading and Sheffield met in the FA Cup was on 26th January 2013.
The Royals recorded a 4-0 win over the Blades in the fourth round proper match at the Madejski Stadium.
