I Nerazzurri were held to a 1-1 draw by Lazio in their most recent outing before the international break, following big-scoring wins over Fiorentina and Benevento.
"That's football," Inter manager Antonio Conte said after Inter dropped their first points of the season. "We had desire and played with sacrifice and we felt we had the three points within our grasp.

"We conceded a goal during our best moment of the game, when we were dominating. But I was pleased with the performance, we played football with personality. We have to keep working.
"It's still a good result. Last year, we dropped all three points here."
Milan have made a terrific start to the season: winning their first three games without conceding a goal.
I Rossoneri followed wins over Bologna and Crotone with a 3-0 victory over Spezia last time out.

The corresponding fixture last season ended in a 4-2 win for Inter. Milan took a 2-0 lead into the break, but their rivals responded with four unanswered goals in the second-half to record their fourth straight win in the fixture.
