The
2022 RSM Classic will take place in St. Simons Island, Georgia, USA at the Sea Island Golf Club between 17 and 20 November.
The tournament was established in 2010 as resident tour pros Davis Love III and Zach Johnson kicked off the event and it is part of the PGA Tour.
The event was known as the McGladrey Classic until 2015, when the title sponsor's name changed from McGladrey to RSM US.

The current champion is Talor Gooch having won last year's RSM Classic title, but the American golfer has moved on to LIV Golf and will not defend his title this year.
This year's tournament is set to be a 132-player field played out over four days and it is the eighth event of the 2022-2023 PGA Tour regular season.
The event will be headined by Tony Finau, Brian Harman, Sepp Straka, Seamus Power, Tyler Duncan, Mackenzie Hughes, Robert Streb as well as Tom Hoge.
Six of the top 50 in the Official World Golf Ranking are set to compete in the tournament and they will be playing for an $8.1 million purse.
The Davis Love Foundation and M3com, a global network and cloud solution provider, recently announced a multi-year extension of their partnership that names M3com as the Presenting Sponsor of the RSM Classic.
“We are grateful for M3com’s partnership and look forward to building on the relationship we have established,” said Davis Love III, Tournament Host said.
“Like the Foundation, M3com genuinely cares about the work they do and its impact it has on other people.
"They believe, like we do, in long-term thinking which is evident in their multi-year commitment to The RSM Classic.”
Streb is the most decorated golfer in the history of the RSM Classic with two titles since the tournament's formation in 2010.
