Sam Burns will be looking to redeem himself when he takes part in the
2022 AT&T Byron Nelson having come close to winning the 2021 event.
The American star finished second in last year's tournament with K.H Lee winning by a score of 25-under-par, beating Burns by three strokes.
Last year proved to be Burns' breakthrough season on the PGA Tour as he won the Valspar Championship and the Sanderson Farms Championship.

Burns won the Valspar Championship for his first PGA Tour victory after he shot a final round 68 to win by three strokes over Keegan Bradley.
Two weeks later, the Louisiana-born golfer finished runner-up to Lee at the AT&T Byron Nelson as he maintained his great form.
Burn then won his second PGA Tour title at the Sanderson Farms Championship as he took the lead and then pulled away with a stretch of four birdies in five holes on the back nine.
The former Louisiana State University student won his second consecutive Valspar Championship title, beating Davis Riley in a playoff in March this year.
“I think, for me, I just try to put in hard work, just try to improve my game every year, every week," Burns said after winning the 2022 Valspar Championship title.
"Look at stats and see what areas I can get better at and then my team and I try to attack those areas. That's all I can control and so I mean.
"it's nice to see that those things are paying off, it gives us the motivation that we're working on the right things. I want to just try to make things better. That’s ultimately what I love to do.”
