England will be eyeing a win when they face Croatia in their first
UEFA EURO 2020 Group D game at the Wembley Stadium in London on June 13.
The two teams will clash for the 11th time across all competitions and England have dominated this rivalry.
England have registered five wins compared to Croatia's three victories, while two matches ended in a stalemate.

Furthermore, England emerged 2-1 winners over Croatia in their last match which was the UEFA Nations League game that took place at the Wembley Stadium in November 2018.
Gareth Southgate, the England head coach, says he is pleased with his striking department ahead of their clash with Croatia.
“Well, we’ve been very pleased with Dominic [Calvert-Lewin] when he’s come in. We know that Marcus Rashford can play nine and any country in this tournament that has two or three number nines," Southgate said.

"they’d be hanging their hat on their first choice, really. There’s very few countries in the world who would have two or three centre forwards that they’d be, that they’d not wanting their first choice to be available.
"We know Harry [Kane]’s record is phenomenal, club and country, so of course he’s not a player you’d want to lose."

Meanwhile, Scotland will be banking on their home ground advantage when they take on the Czech Republic in their first Group D game at Hampden Park in Glasgow on June 14.
This will the 10th encounter between the two teams across all competitions and it is even stevens in this rivalry.
Both teams have recorded four wins each, while one match ended in a stalemate.
Scotland secured a 1-0 win over the Czech Republic in their last match which was the UEFA Nations League game at Hampden Park in October 2020.
