UD Almeria will go head-to-head with Atletico Madrid in a
La Liga match at the Power Horse Stadium on January 15.
Rojiblancos succumbed to a 2-0 defeat to Real Sociedad in their previous match in the league which was played on January 8.
Almeria are now winless in their last two matches in this competition having recorded one defeat and one draw.

The defeat to Sociedad ended the Rojiblancos' four-match unbeaten run at home in La Liga having recorded four successive wins in Almeria.
"We played well in the first-half, but we undid ourselves very quickly in the second-half," Almeria manager Rubi said after their defeat to Sociedad.

It was the Mattress Makers' second defeat in their last three matches in this competition, while the other game ended in a win over Elche CF before they faced Barcelona.
Atletico are winless in their last two away matches in La Liga having recorded two consecutive defeats on the road.
The last meeting between Almeria and Atletico in a league match was on 2 February 2015.
Atletico thrashed Almeria 3-0 in a match that was played at the Estadio Vicente Calderón which was closed in 2017 and demolished.
