Memphis Grizzlies will be looking to improve their recent record when they take on Orlando Magic at the Kia Center on the morning of Saturday, February 22.
The Grizzlies appear to be on course to take the Southwest Division title for the third time in four years after winning 36 of their opening 54 games.
Taylor Jenkins' team have the joint-third-best record in the
NBA this season alongside New York Knicks (36-18) and they occupy second place in the Western Conference.
However, Memphis have lost two of their last three games and weren't anywhere near their best as they suffered a 128-114 defeat to LA Clippers on February 13.
The Grizzlies committed a staggering 22 turnovers which resulted in 41 points for the Clippers, although Desmond Bane scored 16 of his 23 points in the first quarter before they fell away.
"Our movement just wasn't there. We didn't have the legs... To their credit, really good defensive team," Jenkins said.
"This is the recipe that we've got to avoid in our future match-ups. You know, 41 points off turnovers, that's hard to win any NBA game."
The Magic have failed to build on a strong first month which saw them win 14 of their opening 21 games and they are fighting to just qualify for the play-in tournament.
Jamahl Mosley's team have won just seven games since the turn of the year and they've dropped out of the top six in the Eastern Conference, 2.5 games back to Detroit Pistons in seventh position.
Orlando returned to winning ways as they beat Charlotte Hornets 102-86 on February 13, with Paolo Banchero scoring a game-high 24 points.
Mosley acknowledges that his players have to lock in now after the break to make a concerted push for the playoffs in the final two months.
"I think internally you can feel that. It's more of a, 'Here's what we're capable of doing'," he said. "You saw a lot of that in practice, knowing exactly how hard we need to play, the fight we have to have, the tenacity we need to play with.
"The focus, the energy, the accountability and the ownership we have to play with. I think that was displayed today. That's what I'm most proud of this group in this moment right now, is that this is what they displayed coming back off a break."
