Atletico Madrid will face off with Rayo Vallecano in a Spanish
La Liga match at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano on January 2.
The Mattress Makers suffered a 2-1 defeat to Granada away in their previous league game which was played on December 22.
Atletico are now winless in their last four matches in this competition having recorded four successive defeats.

Atletico lost to Real Mallorca on December 4 in their last home match in La Liga and the defeat ended their 14-match unbeaten run as hosts.
Meanwhile, Vallecano secured a 2-0 win over Deportivo Alaves at home in their previous league game which was played on December 18.
It was the Red Sashes' second win in their last three matches in this competition.
Vallecano are winless in their last five away matches in La Liga having recorded four defeats and one draw as visitors.

“Undoubtedly it is a very important figure at this point, but it is the consequence of playing well and deserving that score," Andoni Iraola, the Vallecano manager, said after their win over Alaves.
"The footballers have all the merit, they are doing a very supportive job and I am happy. The classification is absolutely circumstantial, but that does not matter to me, I care about the 30 points.
"Nobody takes those away from us. It still does not reach us at all but it is a great figure to support us in it and it is also a reflection of these 18 days where the team has deserved that award thanks to its football."
The last league meeting between Atletico and Vallecano was on 16 February 2019.
Atletico claimed a narrow win over Vallecano as they ran out 1-0 winners in a match which was played at the Estadio de Vallecas.
