Australia are looking to lift their eighth Fed Cup World Group trophy on home soil when they take on France.
Aussies will be making their return to the final for the first since 1993 having won the competition seven times.
All eyes will be on Australia's most prolific singles winner in Fed Cup history, Samantha Stosur.
The 35-year-old tennis star holds the record for most singles wins by an Australian in Fed Cup having registered 29 victories.
Stosur is eager to help the Aussies clinch the title in front of their supporters in Perth.
"Going out on the court, representing your country in the team as a whole," Stosur said on 7 News.
"But if I can help us lift the trophy, then obviously that would be an amazing feeling. And to do it at home in Perth, I couldn't think of anything better."
Meanwhile, France will make their first appearance in the final since 2016 having won the competition twice.
Pauline Parmentier is the veteran in the French team as she has been playing for her nation in the Fed Cup since 2010.
However, the 33-year-old tennis star did not play in the 2016 final in which France lost to the Czech Republic .
This will be the first-ever meeting between Australia and France in the Fed Cup World Group final.
