Viktor Hovland and Collin Morikawa will be among the favourites to win the
2022 Zurich Classic of New Orleans.
The duo are among the best golfers in the world at the moment with Hovland, who hails from Norway, ranked fifth on the Official World Golf Rankings.
While American star Morikawa finds himself second on the Official World Golf Rankings and he will be keen to boost his hopes of moving to the top of the rankings by winning the Zurich Classic.

Morikawa burst on the PGA Tour by earning his temporary card in only his fourth start as a professional in 2019 when he tied for second at the 3M Open after leading at 54 holes.
The 25-year-old began his PGA Tour career with 22 consecutive made cuts, second only to Tiger Woods' 25-cut streak and he will be keen to win his first trophy in the ongoing 2021-21 PGA Tour season.
His teammate Hovland became the first Norwegian to win on the PGA Tour by winning the 2020 Puerto Rico Open as he announced himself to the golfing world. .
The 2021 BMW International Open winner then picked up his second and third PGA Tour wins when he won the 2020 and 2021 Mayakoba Golf Classic.

“These two form the highest ranked partnership to compete since we adopted the team format five years ago,” Zurich Classic tournament director Steve Worthy said.
“They are both incredibly accomplished at a very young age, and both have international team competition experience. We are thrilled to have them back to New Orleans, now as a team.
“With defending champion Cameron Smith ranked sixth and now Sam Burns moving to tenth, we already have four of the top 10 players in the world in our field. And we have more to come."
There is yet to be a three-time winner at Zurich Classic, but ten have won twice namely; Henry Picard, Byron Nelson, Bo Wininger, Frank Beard, Billy Casper, Tom Watson, Chip Beck Ben Crenshaw, Carlos Franco and Billy Horschel.
