Real Sociedad will be looking to humble FC Barcelona when they meet in a
Spanish La Liga match at the Reale Arena on April 21.
The two former Spanish champions will meet for the 57th time across all competitions since the 1993/94 season.
Barcelona have dominated this rivalry having recorded 37 wins compared to Sociedad's eight victories, while 11 games ended in a draw.

The last meeting between the two teams in the league was on 15 August 2021 with Barcelona securing a 4-2 victory at the Nou Camp.
Barcelona are also enjoying an 11-match unbeaten run in La Liga against Sociedad having recorded nine wins and two draws.
Meanwhile, Sociedad claimed a hard-fought 2-1 win over RCD Espanyol in their last home match in the league which took place on April 4.
Therefore, White and Blues are undefeated in their last six home matches at home in La Liga having registered five victories and one draw.
While Barcelona came from behind to secure a 3-2 victory over UD Levante in their away match in this competition in a game that was played on April 10.

The victory extended Barca's unbeaten run to 12 matches on the road in the league having recorded seven wins and five draws as the visitors.
“Levante don’t deserve to be in the relegation zone because they are playing well. They beat Villarreal and Atlético,” Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez said.
“We have to improve our game but we’re competing very well, it’s a matter of winning mentality and believing until the end. We are showing that we are ready to compete even when we don’t have a good game, I am very happy for the players.
“We didn’t play a great game, but we competed very well and we got three important points. Ter Stegen and Luuk de Jong made the difference today.”
