Deportivo Alaves will do battle with Villarreal CF in a
Spanish La Liga match at the Estadio de Mendizorroza on April 30.
The Glorious One suffered a slender 2-1 defeat to Real Mallorca away in their most recent league in a match that was played on April 19.
It was Alaves' second defeat in their last three matches in this competition while the other game ended in a win over Rayo Vallecano before they faced Mallorca.

Alaves defeated Vallecano in their last home game in La Liga and the victory ended their two-match winless run at the Estadio de Mendizorroza.
"Emotionally, my obligation is to lift the team [on the log], not just the players. We are going to lift ourselves, without a doubt," Alaves manager Julio Velazquez said after their loss to Mallorca.
"We have been absolutely superior in everything except the result. The team has had soul, dedication and organization. The result is more important and in some transitions, they have been able to beat us at the back, something that is normal.
"We tried everything. In the end this is La Liga and we made two mistakes that must not happen again".

Meanwhile, Villarreal ran out 2-0 winners over Valencia CF at home in their previous league game that was played on April 19.
The win extended the Yellow Submarine's unbeaten run to three matches in this competition having recorded one draw and two successive victories.
Villarreal defeated Getafe CF in their last match on the road in La Liga and the win ended their three-match winless run as the visitors.
The last meeting between Alaves and Villlareall in a league encounter was on 21 December 2021.
Villarreal secured a 5-2 win over Alaves in a match that took place at Estadio de la Cerámica which has 23,500 seats, a figure which is half the population of the city of Villarreal.
