Red Bull Racing driver Sergio Perez will be eager to redeem himself by winning the
Qatar Grand Prix after enduring a disappointing race in Japan.

The Mexican racing driver failed to secure a podium spot at the recent Japanese Grand Prix title on 24 September as he was forced to retire from the race.
Perez qualified fifth for the race but he made contact with Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton on the run down to Turn 1 and damaged his front-wing end plate.
Standings
The man nicknamed Checo remains second on the World Drivers' Championship standings having accumulated 223 points from 16 races.
Perez is now 177 points behind leader Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing as the two teammates' battle for the championship continues.
Why Perez could win the 2023 Qatar Grand Prix
The 33-year-old narrowly missed out on a podium spot in last year's Qatar Grand Prix as he finished fourth.
Perez, who won this season's Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and Azerbaijan Grand Prix, will be keen to record his third victory of the campaign in Qatar.
What did he say?
“It was just a disastrous weekend. It all started in Turn 1, with a really bad start. I was squeezed and was just a passenger there, in a sandwich," Perez said after the recent Japanese Grand Prix.
"I think we carried a lot of damage in the car as well and that just made it a lot harder for us. Yeah, it’s been an incredible year. I’m really happy to contribute to the constructors. It’s a very special day for the whole team, to finally clinch that constructors’ title.
“It’s been a tremendous year so far; the team has done an amazing job. It would have been really nice to clinch the championship with a one-two finish, but anyway, it is what it is.”
