Atalanta BC will square off with UC Sampdoria in an

The Goddess managed to hold Juventus FC to a 3-3 draw in their previous league game which was played on January 22.

The Goddness defeated US Salernitana in their last game at home in Serie A and the win ended their three-match winless run at the Gewiss Stadium.
“[Ademola] Lookman had an extraordinary performance. We conceded two goals in the first half by losing the ball pretty cheaply," Atalanta manager Gian Piero Gasperini said after their clash with Juventus.
"And those are situations where we should’ve been more careful. The characteristics are completely different, especially as Duvan Zapata is very physical, whereas [Rasmus] Hojlund is just 19, he will grow.
"Papu [Gomez] and [Josip] Ilicic had extraordinary technique, whereas [Jeremy] Boga and Lookman preferred pace. If we score as many goals, I don’t mind!”

Meanwhile, Sampdoria succumbed to a 1-0 defeat to Udinese Calcio at home in their previous league game which was played on January 22.
The loss extended the Blue Circled's winless run to three matches in this competition having registered three successive defeats.
Sampdoria have lost two of their last three away matches in Serie A, while the other game ended in a defeat as the away side.
The last meeting between Atalanta and Sampdoria in the league was on 13 August 2022.
Atalanta secured a 2-0 win over Sampdoria in a match that was played at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris which is also known as the Marassi.
